Our Maternal Fetal Medicine Department is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Perinatologist to join our cohesive 7-member academic faculty division at Cooper University Hospital.
The position responsibilities include but are not limited to outpatient consultative ultrasound offices (7 sites), inpatient service coverage of our 9-bedded antepartum unit, coverage of high-risk OB clinic (1/2 day each week), and resident/student education. There are also multiple opportunities for involvement with our 10-year-old Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (112 students/year). Cooper University Hospital is a regional perinatal center that is the major referral center for Southern New Jersey. Cooper University Hospital receives approximately 150 maternal transports per year and performs 2000 deliveries each year. In addition, we have a 25 bed Level III NICU and 6 full-time Neonatologists.
